I’m a freelance science writer specializing in biology, neuroscience, and the people behind the science.
I believe that science should be accessible to everyone. I enjoy translating scientific research and concepts into clear, engaging, and accurate stories. I’m also interested in demystifying scientific career pathways and making science more diverse and inclusive.
I have a PhD in Neuroscience and a BA in Biology, which gives me a deep understanding of science and how it is done. I have been writing since 2014 for clients such as UC Berkeley, the CK-12 Foundation, and JoVE Science Education.
My work includes articles about scientific research, university news, scientist profiles, newsletters, website content, textbooks, and animations. Please visit my portfolio to see samples of my work and my about page to learn more about me.
